个体化护理在地市级医院创建无痛舒适病房中的应用

Study of personal nursing in municipal hospital establishment painless and comfortable wards

目的探讨个体化护理在地市级医院创建无痛舒适病房中的应用效果。方法选择2013年6月-2014年6月我院收治的下肢骨折患者160例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组80例患者。观察组患者在围术期采用无痛病房的个性化护理模式;对照组患者在围术期采用常规护理模式。比较两组患者的疼痛评分及患者对疼痛护理的满意度。结果在术前1天,术后第1、3天,观察组患者的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者对疼痛控制的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者对医务人员的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论个体化护理在地市级医院创建无痛舒适病房中应用是成功有效的,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of personal nursing in municipal hospital establishment painless and comfortable wards. Methods 160 lower limb fracture patients from June 2013 to June 2014 of our hospital were selected as study group.Patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（n=80） and control group（n=80）.Patients in observation group were given personal nursing mode during perioperative.Patients in control group were given routine nursing mode during perioperative.Pain score and patients satisfaction to pain nursing in two groups were compared. Results 1 day before operation,1 day after operation and 3 days after operation,the pain score in observation group was obvious lower than control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction to pain nursing and medical staff in observation group were obvious better than those in control group,and the differences were statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The using of personal nursing in municipal hospital establishment painless and comfortable wards is successful and with high satisfaction.It is worth to popularize in clinical.
