中医护理对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

Impact of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the life quality of chronic heart failure patients

目的探讨中医护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2011年l月-2015年1月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者200例作为本次研究的观察对象,根据入院顺序将其分为观察组与对照组各100例,两组均给予常规西药治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上加用中医护理。记录两组患者护理前后的生活质量变化及患者对护理工作的满意度,并采用统计学软件处理。结果经不同措施护理后两组患者的生活质量均较治疗前有所改善,且观察组改善效果更为明显（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;观察组对护理工作满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组患者的总有效人数为90人,总有效率为90.0%,对照组患者的总有效人数为75人,总有效率为75.0%,两组患者比较,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者在实施常规护理的基础上给予中医护理干预措施,可显著提高其生活质量,获得满意的预后效果,维持良好的护患关系。

Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the life quality of chronic heart failure patients. Methods 200 chronic heart failure patients from January 2011 to January 2015 of our hospital were selected as observation object of this study.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to their admitted order,and each group was 100 cases.Both two groups were given routine western medicine and nursing.Patients in observation group were added traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of that.The changes of life quality before and after nursing and satisfaction that patients to nursing work in two groups were noted and conducted by using statistical software. Results After treating with different nursing,life quality improved compared with before treatment,but the improvement effects in observation group were more obvious（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the satisfaction in observation group was obvious higher than control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The total effective number and total effective rate in observation group were respectively 90 and 90.0%,obvious better than that were respectively 75 and 75.0% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion For chronic heart failure patients,giving traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing can obvious improve life quality,get good prognosis effects and maintain good relationship between nurses and patients.
