皮革中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10的反相高效液相色谱测定

摘要 建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定皮革中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10的分析方法,对提取方式、提取温度和时间进行了优化。该方法的线性范围为2~200μgm L,相对标准偏差为2.7%~5.2%,回收率为96.3%~103.8%。方法快速、简单、灵敏度高,能够用于皮革制品中残留OPEO-10的测定。 A rapid and simple method was developed for measurement of polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether residue in leather by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The pretreatment conditions such as extrac- tion method, temperature and time were optimized. The quantitation limit range was 2 -200 p,g/mL. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 96.3% - 103.8% , and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) varied from 2.7% to 5.2%. The method is very simple to handle with and has sensitive and rapid response, a useful and efficient one for OPEO - 10 residue determination in leather products.
