摘要
以稻壳为原料,采用微波处理制备出改性吸附材料,用于吸附Cr^(3+)的实验。分析溶液p H值、搅拌时间及Cr^(3+)初始浓度等对吸附平衡的影响,利用扫描电镜和红外光谱(FTIR)分析微波处理后的稻壳吸附Cr^(3+)等金属离子的吸附机理。结果表明改性后的稻壳对Cr^(3+)具有较强的吸附能力。吸附过程受溶液pH值的影响,最佳吸附pH值为5;吸附过程快,30分钟可以达到吸附平衡;能在60分钟内建立吸附平衡,最大吸附量为0.1078 mmol/g。
The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics mechanisms of single Cry~ systems on rice husks microwave treatment were studied in this paper. A set of experiments at various conditions, including solution pH, agitating time and metal ions concentration were conducted. In order to identify the possible mechanisms involved in metal i- ons binding by rice husks microwave treatment, chemical modification studies were performed along with SEM and FTIR analysis. Results indicated that the metal ions adsorption processed by rice husks microwave treatment has strong adsorption capacity and would be affected by pH value. When PH value is 5 and adsorption time within 60 min, it responded fast; and within 30 min, the reaction equilibrium can be established and the maximum adsorbing capacity for Cr3 + is 0. 107 8 mmol/g.
