安徽省医学生对住院医师规范化培训制度认知的调查研究

Survey on the Medical Students' Cognition of Resident Standardization Training System in Anhui Province

为了了解安徽省医学生对住院医师规范化培训制度(以下简称"规培")改革的意愿及影响因素,以合肥市已参与规培的医院和学校为调查点,随机选择200名医学生作为调查对象。结果显示,医学生对规培政策及内容的知晓率低;45.4%的临床专业学生认为规培有必要,92.2%的学生认为规培对提高临床医师技能有效,但规培时间长、待遇低,缺乏科学化、规范化的考核方式,规培机构缺乏监督,压力大等问题也是不可忽视的。由此可见,规培得到大多数医学生的支持,有较好的实施意义,但改革的政策及具体内容仍需进一步的宣传推广,在此过程中的规培时间长、待遇低等问题也需积极解决。

To understand the reform willingness and influencing factors of the resident standardization training system of medical students in Anhui province, two hundred medical students from some hospitals and schools at Hefei were investigated. The results showed that the awareness of the policy was low. There were 45. 4%of clinical professional students thought the resident standardization training system was necessary. There were 92.2% of the students claimed their clinical skills had been improved, although there were also some problems, including the long training time, low salary, the lack of scientific standardized examination method, the lack of oversight for training institutions, and the great pressure. In conclusion, the resident standardization training was supported by most medical students, but the policy and the content of the reform still needed to be improved in the process.
