气动胶体磨制备超细水泥注浆材料研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索一种适用于煤矿的快速、高效制备超细水泥注浆材料的方法,利用气动胶体磨对普通硅酸盐42.5水泥进行湿磨,制备了超细水泥注浆材料。采用激光粒度分布仪对超细水泥注浆材料的研磨特性进行分析。按一定的水灰比称取所需的水泥和分散剂(无水乙醇)并搅拌均匀,加入气动胶体磨进行一定时间的研磨,将研磨一定时间后的水泥浆料进行粒度分析。结果表明:对于不加助磨剂的水泥浆料,在一定浓度范围内,物料浓度越低研磨效果越好。当水灰比为0.8∶1时,研磨5 min制备出超细水泥注浆材料,随着研磨时间的增加,超细水泥注浆材料的粒度进一步下降。对于加入助磨剂的水泥浆料,研磨5 min时水泥注浆材料的粒度显著下降,D97的下降幅度达到25.9%.该方法为煤矿制备超细水泥注浆材料提供了理论依据。 In order to find a fast and efficient way to produce uhrafine cement grouting materials which fits for coal mine, uhrafine cement grouting materials were prepared by wet-ground of No. 425 common Portland cement using pneumatic colloid mill. Laser diffraction techniques were used to study the grinding properties of ultrafine cement grouting materials. Cement and ethanol of dispersant with certain water/cement ratio were weighted and mixed well. Cement slurries were poured into the pneumatic colloid mill ,and were ground for certain time. The particle size distribution of ground cement slurries were measured. The results show that lower concentration of cement slurries presented better grinding effectiveness in certain range of concentration for the cement slurries without adding grinding aids. When water/cement ratio was 0.8: 1, ultrafine cement grouting materials were prepared after grinding for 5 min, and the particle sizes of ultrafine cement grouting materials decreased for longer grinding time. When cement grinding aids was added, the particle sizes of ultrafine cement grouting materials decreased obviously,D97 decreased up to 25.9%. The method can provide theoretical basis for producing of uhrafine cement grouting materials at coal mine.
