摘要 为有效地去除中药蒲地蓝三味水提液中的杂质,保留有效成分,提高澄清度,采用天然高分子絮凝剂壳聚糖对水提液进行絮凝处理.以咖啡酸保留率、蛋白质去除率和浊度为考察指标,研究了絮凝剂用量、絮凝温度和搅拌速度对絮凝效果的影响,并结合絮凝现象详细分析了絮凝机理.结果表明:壳聚糖用量为1,g/L、絮凝温度为40,℃、搅拌速度为550,r/min时,蛋白质去除率最高约为67.82%,,浊度约为6.2,NTU,此时,咖啡酸保留率在80%,以上.此外,絮体形貌、上清液澄清度可作为絮凝效果好坏的判断依据. To remove the impurity, retain the effective ingredients and improve the clarity of Pudilan Sanwei water extract, chitosan, a type of natural polymer flocculant, was used to flocculate the water extract. The influence of flocculant dosage, flocculation temperature and stirring speed on flocculation effect was studied using the effective ingredient retention rate, the impurity removal rate and the supernatant turbidity as indexes. The flocculation mechanism was analyzed in detail based on the flocculation phenomenon. The results showed that when the chitosan dosage is 1 g/L, the flocculation temperature is 40 ℃ and the stirring speed is 550 r/min, the removal rate of protein is the highest, approximately 67.82%, the supernatant turbidity is about 6.2 NTU and the retention rate of caffeic acid maintains above 80%. The morphology of the flocs and the supernatant clarity could be used as the criterion for judging the flocculation effect in practical application.
