摘要
利用传输矩阵法对一维光子晶体的带隙结构及传输特性进行了研究.计算得到了一维光子晶体在可见光波段范围内S波和P波的透射谱,通过透射谱的变化,分析了周期数、中心波长和不同偏振态入射光角度变化对一维光子晶体带隙的影响.
In this research, the band structure and transmission properties of photonic crystals were studied by means of the transfer matrix method. The transmission spectrum of the one-dimensional photonic crystals in the visible range of S wave and P wave was calculated. By changing the transmission spectrum, we analysed the impact of the number of cycles, the central wavelength and polarization state of the incident light angle on the one dimensional photonic crystal band gap.
