摘要
以自制的木质素磺酸钠(LA)为基体,过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)为引发剂,与烯丙基聚醚(APEG)进行聚合制备了烯丙基聚醚接枝木质素磺酸钠的共聚物(APEG-g-LA).利用红外光谱对LA与APEG-g-LA进行了结构表征,并考察了合成条件对水煤浆分散效果的影响.结果表明:接枝反应的最佳方案为温度85,℃、K2S2O8的添加量为5%,(相对于LA)、APEG的添加量为35%,(相对于LA).将该分散剂用于神华煤成浆试验,在优化条件下制备的接枝共聚物可使水煤浆的黏度明显降低,而且水煤浆的稳定性也有明显改善.
Based on self-made ligninsulfonate (LA) and allyl polyether (APEG)used as raw materials, and potassium persul- fate (K2S208) as the initiator, a new dispersant APEG-g-LA for coal water slurry was synthetized with the free radical polym- erization method. Both LA and APEG-g-LA were analysed by infrared spectrum. The synthetic conditions of the polymer which might affect the dispersing properties of the coal water slurry were investigated. Experimental results showed that the optimum condition was at 85 ~C, the content ratio of the initiator was 0.05, and APEG was 0.35 relative to LA. The dispers- ant was proved to have a high dispersing effect when applied to Shenhua coal water slurry.
