摘要
电视法制节目编导是节目中最主要的创作核心,其主要工作指从现实生活中选取有价值的法制案例进行策划、采访、编辑制作,最后对节目进行审查、合成播出的创作活动。什么是电视?这看似是一个非常简单的问题,但它的意义对于从事电视媒体工作的专业人员来说却是非常重要的,它至少可以让编导清楚自己所从事工作的性质,和与其它媒体的区别,为寻找电视与法律的最佳结合点提供必要的逻辑前提,使得电视与法律的结合能够发挥出最大的传播效果。
