摘要
采用微波消解法消解11种市售安徽产中药饮片,并用原子吸收光谱法测定了各中药饮片中的铜、镉、汞、铅、砷、锌的含量。按照《中国药典》2010版(一部)附录重金属检查法铅、砷、汞、铜、镉、锌的含量测定法进行了测定,参照《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》进行评价。结果表明:所测定全部11种安徽产中药饮片重金属铜、镉、铅、汞、砷含量均符合2010版《中国药典》和《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》项下规定的限量标准。2010版《中国药典》和《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》并没有关于重金属元素锌的限量标准。微波消解—原子吸收光谱法可快速测定中药中重金属的含量,可为临床科学用药安全提供一定的依据。
Usingmicrowave digestion methodto digestthe eleven kinds of Chinese medicine decoction pieceproduced in Anhui province, the experiment determines the content of heavy metals inChinese medicine decoction pieces with A- tomic Absorption Spectrometry, including the contents of Pb, As, Hg, Cu, Cd, Zn. The determination follows the standard heavy metal detection in appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010) and the evaluation refers to the Green Industry Standards for Import and Export of Medical Plants and Preparations. The results indicate that the contents of heavy metals of Pb, As, Hg, Cu, Cdare up to the standard stipulatedinChinese Pharmacopoeia (2010) and Green In- dustry Standards for Import and Export of Medical Plants and Preparations. There is nolimit standards of Zn in Chi- nese Pharmacopoeia (2010) andGreen Industry Standards for Import and Export of Medical Plants and Preparations. The microwave digestion -- atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) can quickly determine the contents of heavy met- als in Chinese traditional medicine, which can provide references for the safety of clinical medication.
