摘要
指出了腐殖酸广泛存在于环境介质中,结构极其复杂,含有羧基(-COOH)、羟基(-OH)等多种能够与环境中金属相互作用的生色基团,可以运用光谱法对其结构及其与金属络合物的作用机制进行定性或定量的表征。提出了腐殖酸与金属间的相互作用的表征还存在不足之处,需要广大学者做进一步的研究。
Humic acid(HA)is widely distributed in differentenvironmental media and hascomplex structures. It con- tainschromophores which can interact with the metals in the environment, such as carboxyl(-COOH) and hydroxyl (-OH) groups. Therefore, the structure of HAas well asthe interaction mechanism betweenthe HA and metalcan be qualitatively or quantitatively characterized by spectroscopy. At present, there are still many deficieneiesinthe characterization of HA and their mental complexes, which need to bestudied.
