According to the actual situation Of the administration of rectangle building, a set of efficient and convenient way of gathering information is proposed in the article. Through the establishment of top-down organization and ac- cess to information, namely the “county-- planning bureau - street --community”,it greatly reducesthe process of information investigation of buildings. The article illustrates this method of investigation in details and makes a brief discussion combining with the practical application.
