摘要
以食用马铃薯淀粉为原料,以环氧丙烷为醚化剂、三偏磷酸钠为交联剂、双氧水为氧化剂制备了不同交联度和粘度的羟丙基交联氧化改性淀粉。以粘度和透明度为指标,选取3种淀粉进行了成膜性和淀粉胶囊制备,其中在条件羟丙基取代度为0.116,交联剂用量为0.6%,氧化剂用量为7.5%和交联剂用量为1.2%,氧化剂为5.5%下得到的淀粉产品,具有良好的成膜性,可作为原料应用于植物胶囊制备生产。
Adopting thepotato starchas raw material, the experiment prepareshydroxypropyllinking oxidized modified starches with different DS and viscosity by taking propylene oxide as an ether reagent, sodium trimetaphosphate (ST- MP) as cross--linking reagent, and H202 as oxidant reagent. Taking viscosity and transparence as indicators, the experiment selects 4 kinds of starch to testthe film--forming propertyand prepare starch capsule. The results indicate that the starch product has better film--forming property and can be used in the preparation of vegetable capsule when the substituted ratioof hydroxypropylis 0. 116, dosage of cross--linking agent, oxidizing agent is 0.6% and 7.5 % respectively or dosage of cross-linking agent, oxidizing agent is 1. 2 % and 5.5% respectively.
