摘要
通过改变螺杆转速、口模温度等研究了加工参数对稻壳/高密度聚乙烯微孔发泡复合材料结构与性能的关系。分别讨论了螺杆转速对口模挤出压力降、口模挤出压力降对复合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率、口模温度对复合材料微观特征的影响。结果表明:口模挤出压力降随螺杆转速升高而增大,复合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率在口模挤出压力降分别为7 MPa和9 MPa时出现2个极值;随着口模温度的增加,复合材料的泡孔直径逐渐增大,甚至出现泡孔破裂。
The relationship between processing parameters and structure, properties of the rice hull/HDPE microcellular foaming composites was investigated by changing screw rotation speed and die temperature ect. The effect of screw speed on die extrusion pressure drops, the effect of die extrusion pressures drops on tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites,and the effect of die temperature on microscopic characteristics of the composites were discussed. The results show that the die extrusion pressure drops in- crease with the increase of the screw rotation speed. Tensile strength and elongation at break of composites show two peaks when die extursion pressune drops are 7and 9 MPa,re- spectively. With the increase of die extrusion temperature, the bubble diameter of the composites increases gradualy,untill the bubble bursts.
