摘要
研究了聚氨基环三磷腈(PHACTPA)对环氧树脂固化物阻燃性的影响。结果表明,当添加质量分数量为30%PHACTPA时,环氧树脂固化物的极限氧指数为27.7%,阻燃等级达FV-0,且总热释放量、平均热释放速率、最高热释放速率和平均有效燃烧热明显降低,质量损失变慢。锥形量热试验的残余物分析表明,PHACTPA主要是通过凝聚相产生阻燃作用。
The effects of polyaminocyclotriphosphazene (PHACTPA) on flame retardan- cy of cured epoxy thermosets were studied. The results show that when PHACTPA dos- age is 30%,the LOI of the cured epoxy thermosets is 27.7%,and flame-rerardant grade a- chieves FV-0, and total heat release, average heat release rate,peak heat release rate,av- erage effective heat decrease obviously,and the mass loss becomes slow. The analysis of residues obtained in cone calorimeter test reveals that PHACTPA acts as a flame retard- ant mainly by condensed phase.
