摘要 用碱式硫酸镁晶须(MOS)与不同的抑烟剂复合阻燃聚氧乙烯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PVC/ABS)合金,利用垂直燃烧、极限氧指数、热重分析、拉伸试验等手段研究了PVC/ABS合金的阻燃性能及力学性能。结果表明:质量分数20%MOS填充的PVC/ABS合金具有优异的阻燃性能和力学性能,且MOS和三氧化钼复合具有较好的抑烟作用。 PVC/ABS alloys were flame retarded by magnesium sulfate whisker (MOS) compound with different smoke suppression agents. The flame retardancy and mechanical properties of flame-retardant PVC/ABS alloys were studied by means of vertical burning, limiting oxygen index (LOI), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and tensile test ect. The results show that PVC/ABS alloys with 20% MOS owns excellent flame retardancy and mechanical properties. Moreover, MOS compound with molybdenum oxide has a good smoke suppression effect.
