摘要 为探究地被菊雪公主耐盐能力的强弱,用0、100、200、300mmol·L-1的NaCl溶液对雪公主幼苗进行盐胁迫耐性处理,分别处理0、5、10、15、20d,进行取样,20d后测定幼苗叶片丙二醛及SOD、POD两种酶的活性等指标。结果表明:雪公主能忍受低浓度(<200mmol·L-1)NaCl逆境胁迫。但随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高和时间的延长,雪公主体内丙二醛含量均呈现升高趋势,SOD、POD的活性则随逆境胁迫程度的加大呈现先上升后降低的趋势。由此可推测地被菊雪公主自身具有抵御一定盐害的能力,可作为一种较优良的耐盐的地被花卉。 In order to study the salt tolerance ability of Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘snow princess',the seedlings of Chrysanthemum morifoliumsnow princess were treated with NaCl in different concentrations(0,100,200 and 300mmol·L^-1)for 0,5,10,15 and 20days,then sampling,seedling leaf MDA and activity of two enzymes SOD,POD were determinated after 20 d.The results showed that Chrysanthemum morifolium snow princess could toleratelow salt-stress(〈200mmol·L^-1 NaCl).But with the increasing of NaCl stress concentration and the extension of time,snow princess MDA content tend rise in the body,2with the increasing of adversity stress SOD and POD rise before reducing trend,which could be speculated Chrysanthemum morifolium snow princess themselves and havd the ability to resist certain salt injury,it could be used as a relatively high salt resistant of flowers.
