摘要 文章简要介绍了埃弗马格永磁梯度加热器的工作原理和特点,通过分析其在几个典型生产实例中的应用情况,指出该技术加热均匀,可进行精确合理的梯度加热,实现快速等温挤压,从而可大大提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提升经济效益和社会效益,实现产业升级。 The paper presented working principle and characteristics of Effmag permanent magnet heater; based on the analysis of typical Effmag's cases in actual production,the paper pointed out that the heater's accuracy and uniform makes it possible for high-speed isothermal extrusion,thereby improving work efficiency,reducing production cost,increasing economic and social benefits and facilitating industry upgrading.
