摘要
采用金相检验及化学成分分析的方法,对7A04 H112铝合金薄壁管材在不同淬火制度下的试样进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,同一保温时间下,显微孔洞的有无与淬火温度的升高没有必然联系;但随着淬火温度的升高,出现显微孔洞严重的试样增多;同一淬火温度不同保温时间对显微孔洞的形成没有影响。严格执行生产工艺制度,减小熔体含气量,控制热处理炉内空气湿度等可控制显微孔洞的产生。
The paper presented comparative analysis of samples of 7A04 H112 thin-walled aluminum tubing with different quenching processes using metallographic examination and chemical analysis. The results showed that there was no connection found between the existence of microscopic holes and the increase of quenching temperature with the same holding time; however,the number of samples with more microscopic holes increased with rise in quenching temperature; quenching at the same temperature with different holding time had no effect on the formation of micro holes.
