摘要
应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定压延铜箔镀层中镍、钴的含量,选择在钴分析谱线228.6nm和镍分析谱线231.6nm处进行测定,采用基体匹配法配置工作曲线;结果表明,该方法两种元素的回收率在99%~104%,相对标准偏差0.1%~0.9%。
The paper focused on simultaneous determination of Ni and Co contents in plating of rolled copper foil by ICP-AES.The determination was carried out with analytical spectral lines at 228.6 nm for Co and 231.6 nm for Ni;the working curve was obtained by matrix matching; the result showed that the recovery rate of two elements was in the 99%- 104% range with relative standard deviation of 0.1% ~ 0.9%.
