摘要
介绍了一种基于ACE(Adaptive Communicatin Environment,自适配通行环境)的通信平台,应用于铝加工生产线中L2级过程控制系统的多机列通信。该平台采用反应堆框架,根据配置实现多机列通信链路的建立、维护以及通信电文的路由,对于通信故障的诊断、定位、隔离,以及对电文通信的管理提供了手段,经现场应用可显著提高多机列间通信的可靠性和扩展性。
The paper presented a communication platform based on ACE. The platform applies to multi- train communication of L2 process control system in aluminum processing lines; it adopts reactor framework and it implements establishment and maintenance for communication link as well as routing for communication message; it provides methods for fault diagnosis,detection and isolation as well as message management. The platform has been proven to be able to improve communication reliability and expansibility in practice.
