多维视角下企业社会责任提升竞争优势的机理研究

摘要 企业竞争优势一直是战略管理领域研究的热点问题。企业竞争优势的来源虽然在学术界上提出了各种各样的解释,但由于都存在着某些局限性,其观点长期受到争议。文章从多维视角探讨企业社会责任提升企业竞争优势的机理。这些视角包括利益相关者、资源、能力和社会资本,它们是企业社会责任影响企业竞争优势的中介力量。
