383例食物不耐受患者血清特异性IgG抗体检测 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析383例食物不耐受患者血清中14种食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体分布水平,了解食物不耐受检测在临床中的应用价值,为临床诊治提供理论依据。方法收集2013年4月-2014年4月383例样本,均来自临床症状明显的患者,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)半定量检测血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG水平。结果 383例试验者中有277例出现食物特异性IgG升高,阳性率为72.3%。14种食物有不同程度的不耐受率,其中对鸡蛋、牛奶较高,分别为60.1%和38.4%。另外,鸡蛋和蟹两种食物阳性率性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童组与青壮年组和老年组之间对鸡蛋、牛奶、蟹不耐受性整体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),青壮年组与老年组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人群中食物不耐受患者血清中存在特异性IgG抗体,而食物特异性、性别因素和年龄因素对食物耐受程度都有一定的影响;通过食物不耐受血清特异性IgG抗体检测可以为由食物引起的过敏性疾病的诊断、预防、治疗提供更多的理论支持。
