鞍山市经济开放度与经济增长关系的实证研究

选取对外贸易和利用外资作为衡量鞍山市对外开放度的指标,2005—2014年鞍山市进出口总额和利用外资额平稳增长,而外贸依存度呈逐渐回落趋势,外资依存度虽逐渐增长但一直处于较低水平。通过建立计量经济模型,运用线性回归分析法,得出鞍山市GDP增长率与外贸依存度、外资依存度都有着较强正相关性的结论。但鞍山市外贸发展依然面临着贸易品种单一,出口结构不合理,利用外资产业分布不均衡等问题。为了提升鞍山市经济开放度,提出培育出口新增长点,加大国际市场开拓力度,合理引导外资的产业投向,提高引资质量和效益等对策建议。

The thesis selects the foreign trade and foreign investment as the indices to measure the opening degree of Anshan City. During the year 2005 to 2014, the total export - import volume and the amount of using foreign funds have increased placidly. However, the degree of foreign trade dependence has fallen down gradually, and the degree of foreign capital dependence has always been on the low level though it has increased these years. Constructing the econometrics models and using the method of linear - regression analysis, we draw the conclusion that the GDP growth rate of Anshan City has strong positive correla- tion with the degree of foreign trade dependence and foreign capital dependence. But the foreign trade development of Anshan City still faces some problems, such as the single trade variety, the unreasonable export structure and the unbalanced industrial distribution of foreign capital. In order to improve the economic opening degree of Anshan City, we put forward some suggestions that cultivating new point of growth, stepping up efforts to exploit the international market, leading the foreign investment reasonably and improving the quality and effectiveness of foreign capital.
