The first case of illegal processing and selling pigskin without animal product quarantine certificate has been investigated by Laizhou animal health supervision authority in Shandong province. In this paper, the investigating pro- cess and legal basis were analyzed, so to provide reference for strengthening animal health supervision on the animal products production, processing and transportation.
