摘要
为分析讨论优质护理应用在肿瘤患者疼痛管理中的影响,将2013年5月——2015年5月收治的92例恶性肿瘤患者分为两组:对照组和实验组,每组46例。对照组行传统护理,以此为基准,实验组患者接受优质护理。发现实验组患者的疼痛程度明显好于对照组,即0级患者例数明显比对照组多(P<0.05);实验组患者的抑郁及焦虑情况在护理后明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明优质护理应用于肿瘤患者疼痛管理中,可以有效缓解患者不良情绪,改善患者术后疼痛情况,并使患者的生活质量与临床疗效得到提升,在临床中值得广泛推广。
To discuss the impact of high quality care on pain management of cancer patients, 92 cases of malignant tumor patients from May 2013 to May 2015 treated in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group, 46 cases for each group. Usual care for patients in control group, while the experimental group patients had high quality care on the basis of usual care. We found that the pain degree of patients in experimental group was significantly superior than control group, that is to say patients of zero level was significantly more than control group（P〈0.05）; patients with depression and anxiety after treatment in experimental group were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）. It indicates that applies high quality care in pain management of cancer patients can effectively alleviate the negative emotions, improve postoperative pain conditions, and enhance life quality and clinical efficacy of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
