骶髂关节骨折应用椎弓根钉棒系统固定方式研究

Research on the Application of Pedicle Screw Fixation System on Sacroiliac Joint Fracture

为观察研究脱位在治疗骶髂关节炎中的作用、实际操作运用和临床价值,对收治的骶髂骨折、脱位的患者进行钢板的固定治疗和恢复,其中钢板的固定形式为后路双钢板式,对治疗组进行骶髂骨折、骶髂脱位和椎弓根钉棒系统固定术治疗,对对比组进行常规的治疗和恢复手段,对比两组的手术临床效果及术后随访情况。发现使用髂骨钉与椎弓根钉棒内固定治疗骶髂关节的整体效果较好,能够很好地减短患者的恢复时间,达到更好的恢复效果。

Taking fixation treatment with post double plate to patients of sacroiliac fracture to observe the effect, practical use and clinical value of dislocation in the treatment of sacroiliitis. Treatment group were treated with sacroiliac fracture, sacroiliac dislocation and pedicle screw fixation, while control group were taken routine treatment and recovery method, comparing clinic effects and follow-up of two groups. It showed that sacroiliac joint fracture treated with pedicle screw fixation can get good effects, which helps to reduce recovery time of patients and achieve better recovery results.
