With the change of college English teaching points, the improvement of the ability of listening and speaking has become the focus of college English teaching. How to effectively improve students＇ listening and speaking skills has become the task each teacher need to solve under new curriculum standard. By expounding the cooperative learning that is effective in college listening and speaking courses, this paper introduced its application in college English curriculum.
