社会的不断发展,市场经济的冲击,使得电力企业的内部改革力度在不断加大。为了能够在最短的时间内体现出企业价值观,被全体工作人员所接受,除了要加强教育和培训以外,还要对企业的思想政治工作进行深入的培养。对电力企业思想政治工作存在的问题进行分析,并针对出现的问题提出解决的对策。

The continuous development of society and the impact of the market economy have promoted the internal reform of enterprises. In order to reflect the corporate values that can be accepted by the entire staff, power enterprises should not only strengthen education and training, but also make in-depth cultivation on the ideological and political work. This paper analyzed the existing problems of ideological and political work, and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems.
