摘要
乳铁蛋白是具有广泛生物学功能的蛋白类治疗药物,直接通过口服乳铁蛋白给药虽然便捷,但蛋白类药物从消化系统进入血液循环需要克服大量障碍,而壳聚糖作为负载蛋白类药物载体在保持自身缓释特性的同时,还可以保护对环境敏感的蛋白类药物免受降解,因而是载药微粒的理想组合,针对壳聚糖负载乳铁蛋白类微粒制备的研究情况进行综述。
As kind of therapeutic protein drug, lactoferrin (Lf) has a wide range of biological functions, direct oral delivery of Lf is the most convenient way, however, to enter the blood circulation through digestion system, it should tackle multiple barriers. Chitosan has been widely applied as drug carrier, especially for proteins and peptides, in this case, Chitosan could retain its characteristics of slow release and prevent fragile compound from degradation. This article reviews the research on preparation of lactoferrin-loaded chitosan particles.
