摘要
乳品是最普遍也是最方便获取营养的食物,牛奶、酸奶、奶酪、黄油等各种形式的乳品能大量节省人们做饭的时间,还能保证每天所需的营养价值。在乳品加工的整个流程中,优良的加工设备和技术是保证乳品质量和营养的两个主要条件,如果这两方面不能严格把关,就会危害到消费者的健康,有的甚至会危害生命。可见,乳品加工的主要设备和关键技术影响着乳品加工行业的发展,也是社会各界关注探讨的热点。
The dairy is the most common and convenient food to obtain nutritious, milk, yogurt, cheese, butter and other dairy products can save a lot of time to cook and ensure the nutritional value of the daily requirements. In the entire dairy processing, excellent processing equipment and technology are the two main conditions to ensure quality of dairy products and nutrition, if these two aspects can not strictly be guaranteed which will be harmful to the health of consumers, and some even endanger life. Major equipment and key technology affect the development of dairy processing industry, and the concerns of the whole community.
