摘要
对传统乳品加工技术课程教学模式基础进行相关教学研究,并对任务驱动教学模式的运用情况进行论述,阐述了任务驱动教学在乳品加工技术课程中激发学生学习积极性的重要作用。
This paper made related teaching research on traditional dairy processing technique, expounded the use of task-driven teaching mode, and discussed the important role of task-driven teaching in stimulating enthusiasm of students in the dairy processing technology curriculum learning.
