Application Research of Trenchless Reconstruction Technology for Gas Pipeline

介绍PE管插入法和PE折叠管内衬法两种非开挖施工工艺,结合实际工程分析PE管穿管中PE管道与原金属管道连接以及PE管道与PE管道之间连接存在的问题及原因,提出解决方案:在PE管道的段与段之间连接处以及PE管道与原金属管道连接处安装柔性限位器,将柔性限位器及其两侧一定长度的管道浇筑于混凝土支墩中,混凝土支墩直埋于土壤中。

Two kinds of trenchless construction technologies including PE pipe insertion method and folded PE pipe lining method are introduced. The problems and reasons for connection of PE pipe to the original metal pipe and between PE pipe and PE pipe during PE pipe insertion are analyzed combined with an actual project. The solution is that flexible limit de- vices are installed at connection between two sections of PE pipe and at the connection that connects PE pipe to the original metal pipe, the flexible limit device and a certain length of pipe at its both sides are embedded in concrete piers, and the concrete piers are directly buried in the soil.
