交通污染对大叶黄杨叶片叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着中国汽车保有量的增加,交通污染日趋严重,已成为华北地区雾霾天气产生的主要来源之一。本试验以大叶黄杨为材料,研究交通污染对大叶黄杨叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:交通流量能够表征交通污染的水平;大叶黄杨叶绿素a、b含量以及叶绿素a/b值均为交通污染区小于对照区,且随交通流量的增大而减小;相关分析表明,大叶黄杨叶绿素a、b含量以及叶绿素a/b值均与交通流量在0.01水平上呈显著负相关。因此,叶绿素含量可以用于监测环境的污染水平。 With the increase of the amount of car ownership in China,the traffic pollution is becoming serious increasingly and has been one of the main sources of haze weather in North China. Taking Buxus megistophylla as the research object,the effects of traffic pollution on chlorophyll content were studied. The results showed that traffic flow could predict the level of traffic pollution. The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and the value of chlorophyll a / b in Buxus megistophylla were all lower in traffic polluted areas than that in control area and decreased with the increase of traffic flow. The correlation analysis showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and the value of chlorophyll a / b in Buxus megistophylla significantly negatively correlated with traffic flow at the 0. 01 level. The chlorophyll content could be used for monitoring environmental pollution.
