摘要
为确定适合的家兔血浆中地克珠利提取方法,比较了甲醇或乙腈沉淀法、乙酸乙酯萃取法、DMF及乙腈联合沉淀法提取家兔血浆中地克珠利的效果。结果表明:采用DMF及乙腈联合沉淀法时,血浆中地克珠利的浓度与响应值线性关系好,且提取回收率>85%,该方法适于提取家兔血浆中的地克珠利。
To establish the extraction method of diclazuril in rabbit plasma,the effects were compared among the methods of methanol / acetonitrile precipitation,ethyl acetate extraction and DMF / acetonitrile precipitation. The results showed that when DMF / acetonitrile precipitation method was used,the concentration of diclazuril in rabbit plasma had a good linear relation with the response value,and the extraction recovery rate was over 85%. The method was suitable for diclazuril extraction in rabbit plasma.
