摘要
旋进旋涡流量计结构简单而可靠、量程宽,广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、城市供气等行业测量各种气体流量,是目前油田和城市天然气输配计量和贸易计量的首选产品。但是该流量计对干扰信号比较敏感,压力损失大,功耗高等缺点,不适用于蒸汽测量。针对这些问题,设计的流量计在硬件方面采用先进的微处理技术,集流量、温度、压力检测功能于一体,使用新型信号处理放大器和独特的滤波电路,有效地剔除了压力波动和管道振动所产生的干扰。在软件方面进行温度、压力、压缩因子自动补偿。主要技术指标达到国外同类产品的先进水平。整机功耗极低,能凭内电池长期供电运行,是理想的无需外电源就地显示仪表。

New signal amplifier and filter circuit are adopted to effectively eliminate the interferences from pressure fluctuation and pipeline vibration. The software completes the compensation functions of temperature, pressure and compression factor The main technical indicators achieve the advanced levels of similar products abroad. The power consumption is very low, which makes the system work in a long time The system is an ideal field-display meter without external power source
