摘要 目的:观察蜂胶配伍姜黄对高尿酸血症模型小鼠血清尿酸(SUA)及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性的影响。方法:实验设蜂胶配伍姜黄低、中、高剂量组,别嘌醇组、模型对照组、溶剂对照组和正常对照组,观察小鼠体重的变化及SUA水平、肝脏XOD的活性。结果:与模型对照组比较,蜂胶配伍姜黄高、中、低剂量组小鼠SUA水平和肝脏XOD活性呈现剂量依赖性下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶配伍姜黄具有降低高尿酸血症模型小鼠SUA水平及抑制XOD活性的作用。 Objective: To observe the influence of propolis combined with curcuma on the activity of Uric Acid(UA) and xanthine oxidase(XOD) in hyperuricaemia mice model. Methods. The mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, including low, middle and high dose of propolis combined with curcuma group, allopurinol group, hyperuricaemia model control group, camellia oil control group and normal control group. The body weight, UA level and XOD activity in liver were observed for all mice in each group. Results: Compared to hyperuricaemia model control group, UA level and XOD activity in liver of mice of the three doses of propolis combined with curcuma groups received significantly dose-dependent decrease. Conclusion: Propolis combined with curcuma can reduce UA level and XOD activity in liver in hyperuricaemia mice model.
