摘要
列车在运行过程中,MVB总线经常会因受到外界干扰影响通信质量,甚至会引起网络控制系统通信故障影响整车安全运行。外界干扰包含列车振动导致的连接器高频通断、外部强电磁干扰以及协议数据帧错误等。在国内外故障注入研究现状的基础上,通过模拟列车环境下可能遇到的外部干扰因素,进行MVB总线的物理层、电气层及协议层的故障注入方法研究,缩短故障潜伏期加速失效过程,为完善和改进列车MVB总线控制系统提供重要反馈信息。
During the operation of a train, the MVB may often be disturbed by external factors so as to result into communication quality being affected or even communication failures of the net- work control system that could compromise the safety of train operation. External factors involve frequent on-offs of connectors caused by vehicle vibration, external electromagnetic interferences as well as protocol data frame errors. Based on the current situations of fault injection researches on MVB at home and abroad, we conduct a research on fault injection methods into MVB bus at physical layer, electrical layer and protocol layer to simulate those external disturbances that may be encountered in field environment in order to shorten the fault latency by accelerating failure process, which could provide significant feedback for refining and improving the MVB control system.
