摘要
根据城市轨道交通维保公司对ZDJ-9型道岔设备维护的需求,介绍了一套基于案例推理技术的ZDJ-9道岔设备故障诊断方法。首先描述案例推理技术在道岔故障维护诊断方面的优势,然后重点介绍了运用该方法构建的分析模型;最后通过现场试验验证,证明了所提出的方法能够有效判断ZDJ-9型道岔设备故障发生的处所及可能原因。
According to the requirements of urban rail transit maintenance company on ZDJ-9 switch equipment, we introduce a set of fault diagnosis method of ZDJ-9 switch equipment based on Case-based Reasoning technology. Firstly, the advantages of the Case-based Reasoning tech- nology used in switch fault maintenance and diagnosis are described. And then we focus on the a- nalysis model constructed by using this method. Through testing in field environment, it has been proven that the method can effectively pinpoint ZDJ-9 switch faults and determine possible causes of the faults.
