摘要
小麦粉质加水量的控制是制约粉质试验成败的关键。试验发现,参照近红外谷物分析仪面粉模块中的吸水量,可大幅提高粉质试验一次加水成功率,大幅提高试验效率。
The controlling of the addition of water for the farinograph is the key to restrict the test. It found that referencing the flour water absorption amount of the near-infrared grain analyzer in its flour module can greatly improve the success rate of the adding water once.
