海上油田废弃流程及影响因素初探

A Brief Study on Offshore Field Abandonment Process and Affecting Factors

近年来,海上部分油田进入开发中后期,各种海上油气生产装置和设施面临拆除和处置。由于海上油田高额的弃置费、环保对油田弃置的高要求、海域内多油田设施高度依存等因素,使得单个油田的废弃工作变得错综复杂,在这种背景下开展油田废弃流程的研究迫在眉睫。以Q海域内第一个废弃的X油田为例,结合海域的实际情况,探讨了在高度依托和联合开采为主的开发模式下油田的废弃流程,对地质油藏潜力包括剩余可采储量、经济废弃产量、老井增产措施、侧钻井挖潜、井网综合调整、未动用储量分析等方面进行研究,对周边有设施关联的油田废弃以及对滚动勘探新发现的设施周边潜力构造进行前瞻性综合分析后,根据结果进行废弃工程方案设计。分析认为废弃方案的影响因素主要为地质条件、开发水平、工程设施、区域开发设施依托等,为即将进入废弃的油田给予初步指导。

Some of China＇s offshore fields have in recent years entered into the mid-late stage of develop- ment and various offshore oil and gas production facilities have to be removed or disposed of.Due to a com- bination of factors such as high abandonment cost,high environmental requirements for abandonment of off- shore fields and high interdependence of oilfield facilities in the same sea area, abandonment of a single field has been very complicated.Therefore ,a study on the process of abandonment of an offshore field is extremely urgent.Take the oilfield X,the first abandoned field in sea area Q,for example.Based on the actual conditions of the sea area ,this article analyzes the process of abandoning a field in the development mode characterized by high reliance and combined production and examines the geological reservoir potentials,including remaining recoverable reserves,economic waste output,maturing well stimulation measures,sidetracked well potential tap- ping,comprehensive adjustment for well networks and analysis of untapped reserves.Based on a forward-look- ing analysis of the abandonment of oilfields with associated facilities nearby and the peripheral potential structure of the facilities newly discovered in rolling prospecting,technicians designed an offshore field aban- donment plan.According to their analysis,the main factors affecting the abandonment plan are geological con- ditions,development level,project facilities and regional development facility support.Their analysis provides a guide for offshore fields that will soon be abandoned.
