针灸推拿分期施用改善颈椎曲度治疗颈椎病

Acupuncture and massage in installment application to improve treatment effect of cervical spondylosis curvature of cervical vertebrae

目的探讨针灸推拿分期施用改善颈椎曲度治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,治疗组采用针刺结合推拿分期治疗,对照组采用针刺推拿结合同期施用治疗,共治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组治愈率50.0%,总有效率100%,对照组治愈率37.5%,总有效率97.5%,2组治愈率比较,P<0.05。结论针灸结合推拿分期施用能改善颈椎曲度,缓解疼痛,治疗颈椎病较针灸推拿同期施用法更为合理有效。

Objective This study was designed to investigate the acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical disease in clinical practice their strengths technical problem,obtain the best effect of treatment of cervical disease.Methods Collected from December 2013 to October 2014 Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture outpatient and inpatient cervical spondylosis 80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases each,a total of three courses. Results The cure rate of treat group was 50. 0%,was higher than the control group,was 37. 5%. Conclusion Acupuncture and Massage stage cervical curvature applied to improve the treatment of cervical disease compared with the same period of acupuncture and massage more reasonable and effective application of law.
