膝痛洗剂联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎

Xitong lotion with celecoxib in treatment of KOA

目的观察膝痛洗剂联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎患者40例,采用膝痛洗剂熏洗(银花藤、络石藤、草乌等)及口服塞来昔布治疗,观察疼痛、肿胀、功能活动、压痛、畏寒肢冷等指标改善情况。结果治疗后患者疼痛、肿胀、功能活动、压痛、畏寒肢冷等指标明显改善,临床总有效率92.5%。结论膝痛洗剂联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎,能明显改善患者疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍、压痛、畏寒肢冷等症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA） treated by Xitong lotion with celecoxib. Methods Choose the inclusion criteria of 40 patients with knee osteoarthritis,treated by Xitong lotion（ honeysuckle cane,Chinese starjasmine,kusnezoff monkshood root,etc.） with celecoxib. Results After treatment of 40 patients in pain,swelling,functional activities,tenderness,and cold limbs cold there exists significant difference index,the total effective rate was 92. 5%. Conclusion Xitong lotion with celecoxib therapy for knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the patients＇ pain,swelling,dysfunction,cold limbs and other symptoms.
