中药外洗联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗血瘀型银屑病

NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese wash outside in treatment of blood stasis psoriasis

目的观察中药外洗联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗血瘀型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将门诊48例血瘀型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组中药外洗方泡洗,同时采用NB-UVB照射,对照组仅采用NB-UVB照射,疗程均为8周。结果治疗组在临床症状改善与显效率(87.50%)方面优于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗联合窄谱中药紫外线治疗血瘀型银屑病,具有改善血流动力学、改善微循环、抗炎等作用,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with traditional Chinese wash outside in the treatment of blood stasis psoriasis. Methods 48 patients with blood stasis psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups,each group was of 24 cases. The observation group was taken with NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medicine wash outside,and the control group was taken NB-UVB radiation therapy.The patients in both groups all received 8 weeks of treatment. Results The improvement in cilinical symptoms and remarkably effective rete in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medicine wash outside in the treatment of blood stasis psoriasis can achieve remakbale clinical efficacy.
