老年患者无痛内镜诊疗的护理

Nursing care of elderly patients with painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment

目的探讨老年患者内镜诊疗时行无痛麻醉的安全性和护理体会。方法对4 835例老年患者行无痛麻醉进行内镜诊疗,术前做好心理护理,行多功能监护及诊疗意外抢救准备。结果 4 835例老年患者均顺利完成诊疗,1例患者因呼吸道有感染病史术后出现呼吸心跳骤停,经抢救脱离危险。结论无痛内镜诊疗在老年患者中应用安全和舒适,但术前要严格掌握适应证,科学的防范措施能减少诊疗意外及并发症的发生。

Objective Study on the experience of safety and nursing of elderly patients with painless anesthesia during endoscopy. Methods The 4835 cases of elderly patients with painless anesthesia for endoscopic diagnosis and treatment,preoperative psychological care,line of functional monitoring and anesthesia accident rescue preparation.Results The 4835 cases of elderly patients were successfully completed treatment,one case of respiratory and cardiac arrest due to respiratory tract infection,after the rescue,the rescue from danger. Conclusion Painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in elderly patients in the application of safety and comfort,but to strictly control the indications,scientific prevention measures can reduce the incidence of anesthesia accidents and complications.
