中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡

Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将50例复发性口腔溃疡患者,采用中医辨证联合西药常规治疗,西药施尔康口服1粒/次,1次/d,碘甘油涂于患处2~4次/d,连用5 d;中医辨证按虚火型、湿热型、郁滞型等加减用药。结果 50例患者临床总有效率达96%。结论中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡,能明显减少复发次数,缩短溃疡面愈合时间,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.
