摘要
总结家具结构设计中存在的问题,探索系统、科学、定量且操作性强的家具结构设计方法以提高低质材家具结构强度和稳定性,降低生产成本。引入结构稳健设计思想和田口实验法,利用有限元软件结构模拟分析优化家具结构的外观和强度设计。有限元软件可以降低家具结构设计的复杂程度,提高设计效率;合理利用稳健设计田口实验法可以提高家具结构的稳定性,降低成本。
Authors of this paper summarize the problems existing in the structure design of furniture, and explore systematic, scientific, quantitative and easily operational method of furniture structure design to improve the low qualitative furniture's structure strength and stability and to reduce the production cost. It is focused on Taguchi method in robust design using the finite element structure analysis method to optimize the appearance and strength of furniture structure. The finite element software can reduce the complexity of the furniture structure design to improve the design efficiency. Reasonable use of Taguchi method in robust design can increase the stability of furniture structure strength and reduce the cost.
