油罐车智能铅封视频监控系统的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Intelligent Video Monitoring System of Electronic Tanker Seals

针对成品油物流配送存在的一些问题,介绍了一种集电子铅封、车辆定位和视频监控于一体的油罐车智能铅封监控系统。该系统以射频识别铅封、GPS卫星定位、GPRS数据通信和3G视频监控等技术为基础,以提升物流监控管理水平和配送工作效率为目的,实现了油罐车轨迹跟踪、实时定位、路线规划、远程铅封、实时监控与报警等功能。经中国石化宁夏石油分公司二次物流的应用实践证明,该系统可显著提升油罐车二次物流配送的效率、安全和质量。

A kind of intelligent monitoring system of electronic seals was introduced,which integrated electronic seals,vehicle positioning,and video monitoring into one system.The system was based on the technologies of radio frequency identification(RFID) seals,GPS vehicle tracking,GPRS data communication,and 3G video surveillance,aiming to improve the logistics management level and distribution efficiency,which realized the functions of oil tanker tracking,real — time positioning,route planning,remote sealing,real-time monitoring and alarm,and so on.The application in the second distribution business of SINOPEC Ningxia Oil Products Company has proved that the system can significantly improve the efficiency and quality.
