点式勾除术联合电凝闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张

Treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs with Stab-avulsion and electrocoagulation technique

目的探讨采用点式勾除术联合电凝闭合术治疗下肢大、小隐静脉混合静脉啦张的临床效果。方法对36例（56条患肢）原发性下肢大、小隐静脉混合静脉曲张患者，采用点式勾除术处理小隐静脉主干及粗大的曲张静脉团，采用电凝闭合术处理其余细小的曲张静脉。结果所有患者手术均获得成功，平均住院4．5d。治疗后随访6—12个月，均未出现复发及其他严重并发症。结论点式勾除术联合电凝闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张具有操作简便、疗效确切、瘢痕小、不额外增加手术费用等优点，是值得推广的安全、有效的美容治疗方法。

Objective To explore the effect of stab-avulsion and electrocoagulation on treating great and small saphenous combined with varicose veins of lower limbs. Methods Totally 36 patients （56 limbs ） with great and small saphenous combined with varicose veins of lower limbs were treated with stab-avulsion to deal with small saphenous vein and great varicose vein mass and electrocoagulation to handle the remaining small varicose veins. Results All operations were successful, the mean hospital stay was 4. 5 days. After 6 to 12 months follow-up, all were satisfied, without any recurrence and other serious complications. Conclusion Combined stab-avulsion and electrocoagulation technique to treat varicose veins of lower limbs was highly-effective, with ad- vantages of reduced scarring and no additional fees of surgery and associated expenses. It was a safe and effective aesthetic treatment worth promoting.
